Ellie James offers digital download products and subscription membership programs (collectively “Programs”) providing access to guided audio content, visualisation sessions, community, and tools. The following terms apply to all Programs.

Access & Eligibility

Access to Programs is granted upon successful payment and account creation. Membership is personal and non-transferable — you may not share your access credentials with any other person. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account. Ellie James reserves the right to suspend or revoke access at any time for breach of these Terms.

Content & Delivery

Program content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Content may be updated, amended, or expanded at any time. Live sessions, group calls, or community features where offered are provided on a best-efforts basis — occasional technical issues or scheduling changes do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

Rituals of Intention Membership

AI Intention-Setting Companion

Premium tier members of Rituals of Intention have access to an AI intention-setting companion built on OpenAI's ChatGPT platform. This tool is provided as a guided reflective experience to help members clarify their intentions. No conversation data is stored or logged in our systems. Your use of the AI companion is subject to OpenAI's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, which we encourage you to review before use.

Program Results

Ellie James makes no guarantee of specific personal, emotional, or lifestyle outcomes as a result of participation in any Program. Results are individual and depend on many factors outside our control, including personal circumstances, consistency of practice, and individual disposition. Testimonials and examples shared on this platform represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same results.

Payments & Refunds

Pricing & Currency

All prices are displayed and charged in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Australian customers: GST is absorbed within the displayed price — the price you see is the price you pay. No GST is added at checkout. Prices are subject to change — existing memberships and purchased programs are honoured at the price paid at the time of purchase.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Ellie James does not store payment card details. Your credit card statement will show a charge from Ellie James or QANT Pty Ltd depending on your payment method and region.

Refund Policy

• Digital products and downloadable content: 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase — no questions asked
• Membership subscriptions: Refunds are considered on a pro-rata basis within 30 days of the most recent billing date
• One-time program purchases: 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase

User Conduct

As a user of the Ellie James platform, you agree to:

• Use the platform lawfully and in good faith at all times

• Not use the platform or its tools to provide professional advice of any kind to others
• Not attempt to circumvent platform security, access controls, or authentication mechanisms
• Engage respectfully within any community features — harassment, abuse, or discriminatory behaviour will result in immediate access termination
• Not post or share content within any community feature that is harmful, unlawful, or inconsistent with the values and purpose of the platform

Ellie James reserves the right to terminate access for any user whose conduct we consider harmful, unlawful, or inconsistent with the spirit and purpose of this platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Ellie James platform — including but not limited to guided audio programs, written content, eBooks, printable journals, ambient soundscapes, visualisation sessions, blog articles, brand assets, and tools — is the intellectual property of QANT Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use platform content for your own personal development purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction or distribution of content in any form without written permission
• Commercial use of any platform content or tools
• Creation of derivative works based on platform content
• Sharing, reselling, or sublicensing any purchased or subscription content to any other person

Limitation of Liability

• Any inaccuracy, incompleteness, or currency of information on the platform
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of platform access
• Unauthorised access to your account
• Any loss of data, revenue, or other losses arising from use of the platform
• Your use of the Rituals of Intention AI companion or any third-party tool referenced or accessible from this platform

Our total liability to any user in connection with any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by that user for the specific program or product to which the claim relates.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Australian law.
