Who we are

Ellie James is a writer and digital wellness brand operated by QANT Pty Ltd (ACN 088 738 943), registered in Australia. This policy covers the Ellie James websites at elliejames.me and members.elliejames.me. Nothing here constitutes medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. What we collect

On this website specifically, we collect very little:

• Contact messages. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email, and message you submit so we can reply.
• Newsletter signups. If you subscribe to the email list — from the homepage, a blog post, or a product page — we collect your name and email so we can send you the occasional note. You confirm by clicking a link in a first email, and you can leave anytime using the unsubscribe link in any message.
• Aggregate analytics. We use a first-party, privacy-respecting analytics signal to understand which pages are read. It sets no cookies, does not track you across sites, and is not used to identify you individually.

Purchases, accounts, and product access happen on the separate member portal at members.elliejames.me, where payment is handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

How we use it

Contact-form details are used only to respond to you. Your newsletter email is used only to send you the writing, and you can stop it anytime. Analytics are used only in aggregate to improve the site. We do not profile you, run advertising pixels, or use your information for any purpose beyond operating this site, sending what you asked for, and replying to you.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Limited data is shared only with the infrastructure needed to operate — our publishing platform (QANT) to deliver your message and run the email list, and Stripe for any payment on the member portal — and only where required by Australian law.

Security & storage

The technical side — where your data is stored, how it’s secured, and how long it’s kept — is handled by QANT, the platform that publishes this site. Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Email ellie@elliejames.me and we’ll action it.
