Transaction details associated with your purchase. We do not store payment card details — all payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.

Analytics

Aggregated usage data collected via Google Analytics 4. This data helps us understand how our content is accessed so we can improve the platform. It is not used to personally identify individual visitors.

Our products are designed for adults. While there is no enforced minimum age, if you are enrolling a minor in any program you take full responsibility for doing so in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

The only circumstances under which limited information may be shared are:

• Payment processing: Your transaction details are processed by Stripe. Only information strictly necessary to complete your transaction is shared, and Stripe's own privacy policy and security standards apply.
• Platform infrastructure: Our platform is operated through Go High Level (GHL). Your account and membership data is stored within GHL's secure environment solely for the purpose of delivering your product access and communications.
• Legal obligation: In the rare circumstance where we are required to disclose information under Australian law or a valid legal order, we will comply. Where lawfully permitted, we will notify you before any such disclosure.

We will never share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or any other commercial third parties.

Data Storage & Security

Your account information and membership data is stored securely within Go High Level's platform infrastructure. Access to your data is strictly limited to authorised personnel only.

Payment card details are never stored by Ellie James or QANT Pty Ltd. All payment processing is handled exclusively by Stripe, which operates under PCI-DSS compliance standards.

While we take all reasonable precautions to protect your personal information, no digital platform can guarantee absolute security. We encourage all users to maintain strong, unique passwords on their accounts and to contact us immediately at [email protected] if they suspect any unauthorised access.

Cookies & Tracking

Our platform uses minimal browser storage technologies solely for maintaining your session, delivering platform functionality, and understanding aggregate site usage. We do not use advertising cookies, remarketing pixels, or tracking tools that transmit your personal information to external parties for commercial purposes.

Specifically, we may use:

• Session cookies — to maintain your logged-in state during your visit and deliver platform features correctly
• Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4 collects anonymised, aggregated data about how our pages are used. No personally identifiable information is transmitted for commercial purposes. You can opt out at any time via Google's opt-out tool
• Functional storage — to preserve preferences between sessions where relevant

We do not run Facebook Pixels or any other advertising tracking technology on our platforms. Ad performance from external platforms such as Meta is tracked through those platforms' own native reporting tools — not through anything installed on our sites.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as you remain an active customer or member, or as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfil your product access and any outstanding obligations.

Transaction records are retained for the period required under Australian taxation and financial record-keeping law — typically seven years — after which they are permanently deleted.

If your account is cancelled or closed — whether at your request or ours — your personal information will be retained briefly to resolve any outstanding matters, after which all personal data will be permanently removed upon request. Deletion requests will be processed within 30 days.

Third-Party Links & Services

The Rituals of Intention membership includes access to an AI intention-setting companion built on OpenAI's ChatGPT platform. From our perspective, no conversation data is stored or logged in our systems — the tool exists purely as a guided experience within your session. However, your use of the AI companion is subject to OpenAI's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, and we encourage you to review those before engaging with the tool.

Our platform and associated content may also reference or link to third-party websites and services. These operate under their own privacy policies, which we do not control and are not responsible for. Linking to or referencing a third-party service does not constitute an endorsement of their privacy practices.
